Celebrating 18 Years of Championing Immigrant Children’s Rights

Please join us in celebrating the past, present and future of the Young Center on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 7:00pm! Together, we will celebrate immigrant children and their courageous journeys, new beginnings, and our very first fearless waymaker, Founder, and Executive Director Maria Woltjen who will be retiring in June. This spring we will be also honoring our Child Advocates, who are key to unlocking doorways for immigrant children as they seek safety and protection in the United States.
