Update from the Executive Director

DEAR YOUNG CENTER SUPPORTER,

As summer comes to end and we begin to welcome a new season, there is no better time than now to celebrate some of the Young Center’s most recent and major accomplishments that you’ve played a vital part in through your generous giving and dedication to our mission.

In just the past few months, you’ve helped us achieve some monumental victories in our fight to protect the rights and safety of immigrant children and their families, from the successful introduction of the Children’s Safe Welcome Act in Congress –a bill the Young Center’s Policy Program helped develop– to the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision allowing the Biden Administration to put an end to the Trump-era Remain in Mexico policy.

The achievements we have celebrated this summer are a reminder that creating change takes time but when we come together to invest in our values and our communities, that change will materialize.
